'Ready...set...GO!  Not only does this choreography target every muscle group –– each move is also leveled up with a high impact, high intensity component: from hopping oblique crunches, bouncing steps, and jumping transitions – you’ll end this workout breathless (but still singing along!) ;)  There’s no way to sit and watch this one...so go ahead and get on your feet and press play!  FIT TIP:  The choreography is meant to be cardio focused, so the toning elements will be quick, rather than slow and isolated. During the verses, it helps to remember the feet come together before you step to the side and forward –– then tap the foot out before bringing it up to perform the oblique crunches.  For the chorus, arms and knees are in sync as they push up.  This shifts the focus from the obliques to the center of the abs for a complete core workout!
